Our Return Policy

We offer a flexible return policy on all merchandise ordered directly from Arizona Light Creations, Inc. To return an item, just follow the simple directions below and we'll take care of the rest!

Within 30 days of purchase

If merchandise is returned within 30 days of purchase and all items are new and in their original packaging:

A refund will be issued on any returned merchandise (less a 12% re-stocking/refurbishing fee).

If merchandise is returned within 30 days of purchase and the items are used or not returned in their original packaging:

A 75% credit will be issued on any returned items (less a 12% re-stocking/refurbishing fee). This credit can be used towards the purchase of any products we sell.

Within 30 to 60 days of purchase

If merchandise is returned between 30 and 60 days of purchase and all items are new and in their original packaging:

A credit will be issued on any returned items (less a 12% re-stocking/refurbishing fee). This credit can be used towards the purchase of any products we sell.

If merchandise is returned between 30 and 60 days of purchase and the items are used or not returned in their original packaging:

A 50% credit will be issued on any returned items (less a 12% re-stocking/refurbishing fee). This credit can be used towards the puchase of any products we sell.

Over 60 days from date of purchase

No returns will be accepted on any merchandise that is over 60 days of date of purchase.

Shipping and Handling Charges

Please note that shipping charges to and from Arizona Light Creations cannot be refunded.

How to Return your Merchandise

Pack all item(s) securely. All returned products should be in the condition they were received in, as well as in their original packaging. Please include your receipt or a copy of your invoice for easy processing.

Send your package via UPS, FedEx or insured Parcel Post. (Please note that shipping charges to and from Arizona Light Creations cannot be refunded.)

In the event of any questions or problems with your order, or if the product received was defective or damaged, please contact our Customer Service Department within 15 days of receipt. We will make every effort to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
